Our approved vendors undergo thorough vetting to ensure they provide our clients with outstanding service and memorable experiences. Our requirements for vendors to appear on our approved vendor list are as follows:

  • Must maintain valid business licenses and necessary permits

  • Carries comprehensive business liability insurance (minimum $1M coverage)

  • Demonstrates consistent and timely communication practices

  • Provides detailed, professionally written contracts

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the wedding industry

  • Portfolio of at least 15 successfully executed weddings

  • Consistently positive client reviews across multiple platforms

  • Provides detailed pricing information and transparent booking policies

  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all events

  • Provides emergency backup plans and contingencies

  • Shows creativity and innovation in their field 

  • Continuing education and skill development

  • Collaborates and coordinates effectively with other vendors and our planning team
